Seven riders will conquer seven states in seven days! We'll gather in Maysville, Kentucky where the eastward curves multiply exponentially. Ohio's famous "Triple Nickel" (SR-555) introduces the first of many grand scale twisties. West Virginia then stair-steps to the Virginia border before pointing our compass directly at North Carolina by way of the Blue Ridge Parkway.
A smoothly paved mountain road, the BRP offers casual sweepers and majestic views, readying our senses for an optional battle with its more challenging alternates the next morning.
Not interested in riding Tail of the Dragon? Relax and visit the Wheels Through Time museum. Route 441 then guides us toward Joppa Mountain, followed by some of Kentucky's most beautiful backroads. This path continues due west along hilltops, rivers and valleys only to ricochet north into the heart of Hoosier National Forest. Our trip finds it's tail in Nashville, Indiana where reflection awaits with memories in tow.

Saturday
Let's gather and get acquainted! Opened in 2005, Maysville, Kentucky's French Quarter Inn offers every modern amenity. It's waterfront location boasts riverside views, oversized Jacuzzi tubs and a unique decor. We'll gather at 5pm in the lobby, vote on where to eat and discuss all things tour. Tippedores on-site casual breakfast has plenty of seating, serving a traditional menu.
Includes: Lodging (Pool, Hot Tub, Fitness, Laundry, Wifi)
Sunday
We'll begin with a warmup cruise along the Ohio River. Each road change from there introduces more intricate demands as we pass through Pike Lake State Park and eventually Chillicothe on our way to the Triple Nickel. Part of Ohio's "Windy 9", these 65 technically challenging miles reach southeast for Parkersburg where we'll rest for the night with 255 miles logged.
Includes: Breakfast + Lodging (Pool, Hot Tub, Wifi)
Monday
We're heading southeast, making our way along SR-47 into Burnt House. The curves remain constant as we pass through Troy, Rock Cave and Holly River State Park. In Hacker Valley, we'll break for lunch at Holly River Grocery and enjoy the rest of the day meandering toward the Virginia border, knocking another 245 miles off the docket.
Includes: Breakfast + Lodging (Wifi)
Tuesday
This segment is 230 miles of Virginia hills and mountains. Exiting George Washington/Jefferson National Forest, we leave Warm Springs in immediately twisty fashion. After 60 miles, the Blue Ridge Parkway's awe-inspiring change of pace takes over (extended, highly technical alternates are available). The BRP provides postcard-worthy views complete with opportune photo stops.
Includes: Lodging (Food Nearby)
Wednesday
Well paved gems hide along the BRP ridgeline. State roads act as a warmup. Brief jaunts lead to "Gaps" and "Trails" that scramble southwest, eventually returning to Parkway sanity. Reverse turns dive into the endless curves of US-221 before hectic switchbacks anchor SR-226A to its outliers. 70 more miles of Parkway relieve us at US-276, where Maggie Valley is waiting with a 325-mile smirk.
Includes: Breakfast + Lodging (Pool, Hot Tub, Wifi)
Thursday
We have a lot of route options to choose from. Each might join the Cherohala Skyway, Tail of the Dragon (129) or Foothills Parkway. After that, you still have the gorgeous landscapes of Tennessee and Kentucky's twistiest roads to contend with. Be careful not to get caught up in the tasty eats over at Elvira's Cafe or you'll need a nap before SR-66!
Includes: Breakfast + Lodging (Pool, Wifi)
Friday
At 260 miles total, this is again a big day. Launching north before stair-stepping west, we'll break for lunch in Ravenna (El Ranchito or Michael's). Heading due west across the bluegrass state, our route takes us aimlessly through hilly, rural back country. One more rest stop in Harrodsburg connects our day to it's end in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Can you name the movie featuring Elizabethtown?
Includes: Breakfast + Lodging (Pool, Hot Tub, Fitness, Wifi)
Saturday
We'll head north from Elizabethtown through Hoosier National Forest toward the Indiana border. Lunch will be served either at the Riverview Restaurant in Hawesville, Kentucky overlooking the Ohio River or in Birdseye, Indiana. Our journey ends gracefully in Nashville, Indiana after a 240 mile day and 1,700+ miles of twisty fun!
Includes: Breakfast + Lodging (Pool, Fitness, Wifi)
